They are used mainly for their low environmental impact and for their flexibility, combined with the possibility of mechanizing the harvest and pruning. They have a reduced duration, compared to the life of the vineyard.

There are the following types of wood post:

• wood post treated pine
• wood post maritime pine
• wood post chestnut 

Each type of pole can be provided in the following types: "turned" or "barked" in different lengths.

WOOD POST TREATED PINE

We supply high quality maritime pine post, made from good ripe wood with thick and strong fibers. It is used only the lower trunk to ensure the presence of a minimum number of nodes, providing a thorough drying of the post prior to impregnation, carried out with salts such as  to allow a life equal to that of the plant. It is provided a twenty-year minimum warranty.
