Post covering caps

The covering caps are placed with pressure on the upper end of the pole, which fit perfectly without coming off since the section of the hole is slightly smaller than the pole. As a further precaution it has been used an eye screw to fix the cap permanently.
The poles covering caps serve for the fixing of longitudinal and transversal wires and ropes; furthermore they are required to protect the mesh or the plastic film from possible damages caused by the rough surface of poles.

The caps are made of high quality plastic material, guaranteed to bear temperatures ranging between +50 and -30 degrees and to bear the stresses to which the system is subjected.
In particular, the material used is a black polypropylene with remarkable features such as impact resistance even at low temperatures and significant mechanical properties.

The hook is equipped with elements for the fixing of wires and cables, the central screw is incorporated into the plastic melt and the carcass has been reinforced by inserting a disc shaped steel reinforcement to prevent slippage of the screw during the draft . The fixing screws are supplied fully assembled to the cap to simplify assembly and reduce installation time, also the hardware is galvanized or zinc aluminum to ensure durability and reuse.
